If your request concerns a product that you didn't purchase from our webshop please go back to the shop where you bought the liquorice.

If you received a package with melted or damaged products, please contact our consumer service and provide us with the following information:

  • Your order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email. It usually looks something like this: LBB0001234567

  • A picture of the product whether it is in a bad condition, melted, ruined, or in another way not edible.

  • The best-before date that you can find on the bottom or side of the jar.

We will look into the issue and present you with different options to either receive a credit or have the order shipped to you again. All costs are covered by us.

You can find our SLOW CRAFTED & ORGANIC products on our website here. You can also find them by adding a filter to our products. To do so, select the "Dietary" filter option and check "Organic".

Our classic assortment, including flavours such as A - THE ORIGINAL, 2 - SALTY, and B - PASSION FRUIT is continuously restocked. Our limited editions will not be restocked, but they might return again in the future.

SLOW CRAFTED varieties are also a part of our Classic Assortment, except ANNIVERSARY, which is a limited edition.

If you received a package with missing items, please contact us and include your order number and the name of your missing item(s). We will send you a replacement immediately and inform our warehouse to avoid this from happening again.

We apologize for any delays or inconvenience this might cause. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen although we work hard to avoid them.

Unfortunately, your order cannot be changed after it has been completed and paid for. For security reasons, we cannot change the payment registered by us, address, name, additional informatin or add a personal note, or a discount code.

We can cancel the order shortly after you placed it so that you can make a new order with the correct information. Please contact our Consumer Service Team here who will help you.

If you wish to cancel your order, please call our Consumer Service: +4532176822. Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day as we receive them. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel the order, unfortunately.

Depending on which country you are browsing the website from, prices will appear in different currencies. To change the currency, click the truck icon on the top right corner of your screen to select another language or change the shipping country. If you change the shipping country, the product prices will adapt to the local currency and may be affected due to local food regulations. 

If there are products in your basket that cannot be sent to your desired shipping country, the country cannot be selected. Empty your basket first.

Before you reach out to us, please make sure that there are no blank spaces before or after the discount code, or try to open our website in another browser or a private browser. This usually fixes the issue and your discount code should be activated. You can only use one discount code at a time.

To claim your discount, simply go to your cart, type in your discount code in the field Enter code here and click Add. Then, your discount will be applied to your order.

If you regret your order and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at the latest. We only accept unopened products. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours, but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you or refund you for your purchase.

Delivery

Your package should arrive within the below-mentioned number of days. However, delays with our couriers occasionally happen.

Please check your email to find your shipping confirmation including a tracking link. Keep in mind that updating tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours. Please be patient with updates, especially around the weekends.

If you have selected the STANDARD SHIPPING, shipping within the USA takes an average of 5-7 business days. Our warehouse is located on the East Coast, so shipments to the West Coast may take longer.

Shipping can take up to 14 business days, depending on the destination. We appreciate your patience.

Please check your shipping confirmation email to find the tracking link for your package. Keep in mind that updating tracking information can take 24-48 hours.

If you haven't received your order within 14 business days, please follow these steps: 

  1. Check your order confirmation email for any misspellings and make sure we have the correct address. 

  2. Please contact us if you found an error in your address information. Our Consumer Service Team will help you out and contact our courier to locate the issue. 

  3. If the courier lost your package or the package arrives in bad condition, please let us know, and our Consumer Service Team will provide you with different options.

Shipping prices within the USA may vary depending on the shipping option selected. Standard shipping rates for the USA start at $5.

Are you the last-minute type? That's not a problem. If you order before 12:00 EST (12 pm), your order will leave our warehouse within a business day. However, delays unfortunately can happen.

Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 EST (11 am) or during the weekend will be packaged during the weekend, but usually not shipped before the following business day.

By clicking the truck icon at the top, you will find a list of shipping destinations and switch to your country.

We would love to be able to deliver to every single country in the world. However, unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment.

This is usually because of shipping or customs restrictions around the world and/or temperature issues. Our products are very heat sensitive, so some regions of the world have proven too difficult to deliver to.

Thank you for your understanding and please keep an eye on express delivery which may be an option for your country in the future.

If you are shipping to a country outside the EU please be aware that local customs costs are not covered by LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW.

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking link within 24-72 hours after your package is shipped
