Ingredients

  • 1 dl apple cider vinegar
  • 1 dl sugar
  • 1 dl water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 bunch of rhubarb
  • 1 SLOW CRAFTED Jar

    Instructions

    Bring cinnamon, vinegar, sugar and water to a boil. Chop the rhubarb and cover it with the pickle layer. Leave for 3 days.

    Enjoy with grilled meat or fish in the summer.
