A winter cocktail that combines good old-fashioned class with an exotic twist. The talented bartenders from Helium Bar in Copenhagen have been inspired by our Dark Love and have mixed a sweet cocktail with rum, cocoa butter, licorice syrup and sour notes of Japanese yuzu.
Shake all the ingredients well before serving the cocktail with licorice and yuzu foam in a cocktail glass. Decorate with shells from the yuzu fruit.
