An elegant and seductive cocktail. The mix of licorice syrup and the Italian classics, Aperol and Grappa, smoothly combines Scandinavian innovation and Italian finesse.
All the ingredients are mixed over ice cubes in the glass, just like when making a Gin & Tonic. Finally, the cocktail is served with ribs and lemon peel.
