I received melted or damaged products
If you received a package with melted or damaged products, please contact our customer service and have the following information at hand:
Your order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email. It usually looks something like this: LBB000123456
A picture of the product if it is in a bad condition, melted, ruined, or in another way not edible.
We will look into the issue and present you with different options to either receive a credit or the order shipped to you again. All costs are covered by us.
