General

How can I buy your products?

The easiest way is to buy our products online. You can get our products here at lakridsbybulow.us, or you can order through our Amazon shop.

You can also find a partner store nearby.

Which limited editions will be available on the U.S. website?

We are working hard to be able to offer as many products as possible for our U.S. customers. However, we cannot guarantee that every limited edition will be available in the US.

Will the ROOT & COCOA licorice liqueur be available on the U.S. website?

Unfortunately, our ROOT & COCOA licorice liqueur is currently not part of our assortment for the U.S. market. 

Can I visit a physical store in the U.S.?

If you prefer to shop offline, you can visit one of our partner stores in the US. Please take a look at our store locator to find a shop nearby.
At the moment, we do not have any LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW stores in the United States, but we would love to open some in the future!

Shipping

When will my package arrive?

Please check your email to find your shipping confirmation. Here you will find a tracking link.

Keep in mind that tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. Please be patient with updates, especially around the weekend. Delays with our couriers might occasionally happen.

Please find transit times for the STANDARD SHIPPING option below. Please note that we currently do not offer expedited shipping.

I haven't received my order yet

Delivery to the U.S. can vary from 1-8 business days, depending on the destination. We appreciate your patience and please check your tracking link for any updates.

Please check your email to find your shipping confirmation. Here you will find a tracking link for your package. Keep in mind that tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update.

IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Check your order confirmation for any misspellings or if we have the correct address.
  2. Please contact us and tell us if you found an error in your address information. Our customer representatives will help you out and contact our courier to locate the problem.
  3. If the courier lost your package or the package arrives in a poor condition, please let us know, so we can provide you with options.
How late can I place my order?

Are you the last-minute type? That's not a problem. If you order before 15:00 CET (3 pm) your order will leave our warehouse on the same day. However, delays unfortunately can happen.

Orders placed on Friday after 15:00 (3 pm) or during the weekend will be packaged during the weekend, but usually not sent out before the following working day.

What is your shipping price?

The standard price for shipping to the U.S. is $5.00. We work together with USPS and FedEx.

Something's missing from my package

If you received a package with missing items, please contact us and include your order number and the name of your missing item(s). We'll send you a replacement immediately and let our warehouse know so that we can ensure it won't happen again.

We apologize for any delays or inconvenience this might cause, however, mistakes happen even though we work really hard for them to not. 

I received melted/damaged products

If you received a package with melted or damaged items, please contact us and have the following information at hand:

  • Your order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email. It usually looks something like this: LBB000123456
  • A photo of the product if it is in a poor condition, melted, ruined, or in another way not edible.

We'll look at the issue and present you with different options to either receive a credit or the order shipped to you again. All costs are covered by us.

Can I get this to my country?

If you are not from the U.S. and would like to order our products online, please visit www.lakridsbybulow.com and check here if we deliver to your country. We would love to be able to deliver to every single country in the world, however, unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment.

This is usually because of shipping or customs restrictions around the world and/or temperature issues. Our products are very heat sensitive, so some regions of the world have proven too hard to ship to.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do offer free shipping for all orders above $60. Please check our home page banner for free shipping offers.

Do I get a tracking number when ordering?

Yes. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link for your package.

Can I add a personal message?

Unfortunately, a personal message printed on a card is currently not available for online orders placed on lakridsbybulow.us.

Returns

Can I return my package/product?

If your order was not as you expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at the latest. We only accept unopened products. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours, but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping. If you would like to return, please contact us here.

Product removed from basket
